Social Media In A Box (SMIAB) – Subscription Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Social Media In A Box (SMIAB), an exclusive marketing solution designed for Property In A Box (PIAB) Members. Our goal is to provide an efficient, results-driven marketing service that supports your property business through strategic social media advertising and lead generation.

By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure transparency regarding included services, payment structure, additional requests, and fair use policies.

2. Subscription Inclusions

As part of your Social Media In A Box (SMIAB) subscription, you will receive:

2.1 Facebook & Instagram Marketing

✔ Facebook setup (if required)
✔ Facebook ad management (paid ads – ad spend not included)
One daily post on both Facebook & Instagram (organic growth)
✔ Instagram setup (if required)
✔ Lead optimisation & management

2.2 GoHighLevel CRM Support

✔ Account setup
✔ Mail integration
✔ Twilio integration (for SMS & calls)
✔ Opportunities section setup

2.3 Sales Funnel Setup

✔ Landing page creation
✔ Multiple questionnaires for lead qualification
✔ Calendar setup for appointments
✔ Email creation support
✔ Voicemail drop setup assistance

2.4 Subscription Fees & Minimum Term

2.4.1 Payment Structure

To ensure consistency across all members, Social Media In A Box (SMIAB) is structured as a minimum 3-month package, which totals $4,400 AUD (inc. GST). This is payable as follows:

  1. Initial Payment (Due at Signup)$2,200 AUD (inc. GST)

    • This covers a one-time setup fee of $1,100 AUD + the first month’s management fee of $1,100 AUD.

    • This payment is required before onboarding and campaign setup begins.

  2. Ongoing Monthly Subscription$1,100 AUD per month (inc. GST)

    • Payable for a minimum of 3 months.

    • Charged automatically on the same date each month via direct debit or credit card.

  3. Facebook Ad Spend

    • Not included in the subscription fee.

    • You are responsible for funding your own Facebook ad account separately.

2.4.2 Minimum Commitment

The SMIAB subscription has a mandatory 3-month commitment, ensuring that your marketing campaigns have the necessary time to gain traction and deliver results.

  • During the first 3 months, you are committed to full payment of $4,400 AUD (inc. GST), regardless of whether you use all included services.

  • After the initial 3-month term, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

  • To cancel, you must submit a request via email to chris@propertyinabox.com.au.

2.4.3 Early Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within the first 3 months, the remaining balance for the entire initial 3-month term ($4,400 AUD inc. GST) will still be due in full. No refunds or pro-rata adjustments will be provided.

This structure ensures that our team can provide consistent, high-quality service while maintaining fairness across all members.

3. Additional Services & Fees

We understand that sometimes you may require additional marketing support beyond what is included in your SMIAB subscription. If so, we’re happy to assist at an hourly rate of $25 AUD + GST, with a minimum payment of 2 hours ($50 AUD + GST) required upfront.

3.1 Examples of Additional Services:

➕ Extra landing pages, ad campaigns, or questionnaires
➕ Custom branding, website updates, or graphic design
➕ Additional social media posts beyond the one daily post included
➕ Additional revisions or ad variations beyond standard optimisations
➕ Manual lead entry or ongoing CRM management
➕ Special marketing strategy consultations

Any requests beyond the included services will be considered out of scope and subject to the additional services fee.

4. Fair Use Policy

To ensure all members receive a high-quality and fair service, we have implemented a Fair Use Policy.

4.1 Best Practices for Collaboration:

Submit clear and concise requests – This helps us action tasks efficiently.
Limit revision requests – We allow refinements, but excessive changes may require additional billing.
Respect processing times – Quality marketing takes time, and excessive urgent requests may impact service delivery.

4.2 Misuse & Consequences

If ongoing excessive requests occur, PIAB may:
🔹 Recommend an upgraded service package for extended support.
🔹 Apply service limitations to ensure fair access for all members.
🔹 Suspend or terminate services if there is repeated misuse.

5. Cancellation Policy

Your SMIAB subscription requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After this period, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

5.1 Cancellation Process:

✔ Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to chris@propertyinabox.com.au.
✔ Once your cancellation request is received, your final payment will be processed according to the required 30-day notice period.
✔ If you cancel before the 3-month minimum term, the remaining balance for the initial term must still be paid in full.

This policy ensures continuity of service for all members and allows us to plan resources accordingly.

6. Payment Terms

✔ All payments are processed monthly via direct debit or credit card.

✔ Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is settled.
✔ Additional service requests require pre-payment before work begins.

7. Agreement & Compliance

By subscribing to Social Media In A Box (SMIAB), you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
