You can choose to “opt in” to our Rental Income Agreement at the time you select and secure your investment property via Property In A Box Pty Ltd. That’s right, our Rental Income Agreement is optional – simply opt in when you purchase and you can opt out at anytime.

Step 3 — We Facilitate the Management of Your Property
Moneybox Aust Pty Ltd facilitates the management of your property leveraging off Australia’s largest Property Management Group who currently services around 40,000 properties nationally. Our appointed property managers find suitable tenants using industry approved screening processes and then let the property to the approved tenant,
who signs a lease with you, ensuring you get all rent less the standard property management fees. Additionally, repairs, maintenance inspections and rent reviews are managed on your behalf.
Step 4 — No Lock In Period
Our agreement delivers total flexibility allowing you to cancel when you want at any stage of the agreement. There are NO PENALTIES so you’re able to sell your property at any time or just simply move in, keeping you in control.
IMPORTANT: The rent paid by the residing tenant is set at market rates and frequently monitored. The property management fees are at market rate and vary state by state. All fees are tax deductible.
