Our 10 Year Rental Income Agreement provides you with the peace-of-mind that comes with knowing that your rental income will be paid should your tenant not pay their rent, or your property is untenanted. How Does It Work
Step 1 — Opt In
You can choose to “opt in” to our 10 Year Rental Income Agreement at the time you select and secure your investment property via Property In A Box Pty Ltd.. That’s right, our 10 Year Rental Income Agreement is optional - simply opt in when you purchase and you can opt out at anytime.
Step 2 — Purchase Investment Property Through Us

Step 3 — We Manage Your Property
We arrange the management of your property leveraging off Australia’s largest Property Management Group who currently service around 40,000 properties nationally. Our appointed property managers find suitable tenants using industry approved screening processes and then let the property to the approved tenant who, signs a lease with you, ensuring you get all rent less commissions and charges. They ensure your property is looked after coordinating repairs, inspections and rent reviews reporting on your behalf.
Step 4 — Freedom — Option Cancel Whenever You Want
Our agreement delivers total flexibility allowing you to cancel when YOU want at any stage of the agreement. There are NO PENALTIES so you’re able to sell your property at any time or just simply move in, keeping you in control. Our 10 Year Rental Income Agreement provides you with peace of mind and confidence in your future investment.

The Property In A Box 10 Year Rental Income Agreement is valid only when held in conjunction with a
landlord’s protection insurance policy, and only when making a purchase from our extensive range of
property and from Property In A Box.
